Laughing, playing happily
She is youthful, bright
Her life is full of wonders
She runs and twirls blissfully
Through the large, open meadow
Her giggles echo through the plains
As she leaps into the air,
Feeling the breeze in her curls.
She runs off and up a hill
Going directly to the peak
Standing there, she smiles
Seeing the stunning view
The sun sets gradually
As she gazes silently
She becomes older
She begins to see things differently
And becomes less fascinated in her surroundings
The life in her eyes
Slowly starts to vanish
Her features show less emotion
She is still graceful,
Though with more ferocity in her movements
Her expression is hard
And she has become more observant of threat
She is a strong, watchful,
She now feels pain,
And also the feeling of being lost.
She decides to go to that same place.
That same meadow
And that same hill
That she was once at when she was a child.
